Terms and Conditions

After the reservation clients must carefully check the specific conditions of the apartment: cancellation policy, occupancy allowed, additional costs, check-in conditions, total cost of the stay.
By making the booking, the customer is accepting the particular conditions of the apartment reserved:
– Clients must communicate the arrival time as soon as possible to arrange check-in.
– Clients cannot accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. In case you need to accommodate more people, you must send an email to reservas@alquilaeasymalaga.com so we can provide an appropriate solution.
– It is not allowed to perform illegal activities in the apartment during the stay.
– Upon check-in, the customer has to pay the remaining amount of the reservation.
– In order to adequately respond to any complaint, clients must report any issue within 24 hours of checking in. If client fails to communicate over time indicated, complaint cannot be made and client will be responsible for all damages caused, as explained by our Return Policy.

Therefore, in case of cancellation of the booking due to strike, force majeure or other acts beyond the control of Puerto Marina Rentals will not be assumed by the company.

The keys of the property will be given after rent is paid upon arrival.

The deposit will be charged by cash or credit card. In case of a credit card pre-authorization, the funds will be released within 48 hours after the departure.
The security deposit will not be refunded in the following cases:
– Not giving back all sets of keys when leaving the apartment. In this case we will charge 100 euros.
– In case of any damage to the apartment’s furniture and facilities.
– Missing towels will be deducted to the tenant at a cost of 15 euros per towel.

It is forbidden to have more people than agreed to. If, after making the reservation you would like to add people, you should let us know before arriving at the apartment.

– Please respect our neighbors. Loud noise is not allowed after 21.30pm, inside the apartment or when returning at night. Please, pay special attention when closing the entrance and the apartment doors. The neighborhood laws are very important for us and we will not allow people who do not respect these terms, they will be automatically asked to leave without any refund of the amount paid.

– When leaving, the client is must leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.

We guarantee the lowest price for reservations made directly on this website.

It depends on the policies of the rates. If Non-Refundable, the total will be charged at the moment when you make the reservation and if it is refundable, it will be charged 2 weeks before arrival on the credit card provided.

Refundable reservation: The client can cancel or modify the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The customer can cancel or modify the reservation in less than 14 days prior to arrival, however, there is no refund of the amount previously charged in this case.

Non-refundable reservation: The customer is charged at the time of booking and there is no refund if the reservation is canceled or modified.

In case the clients don’t show up the day of the reservation and did not cancel the reservation according to our Cancellation Policy, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
